A material-driven collaboration between studio banda and Bell Living Lab, the Espresso chair transforms local coffee husk into a pressure-moulded composite reminiscent of espresso pucks. It is a cork-like material that is dense yet flexible. The stackable chair can be flat-packed and has a modular seat and backrest, enabling them to be easily replaced or adapted.
